"I live close by, love Costco, therefore was excited to have a scheduled flu shot there--my first outside work. Got there ten minutes early but was treated like a high school kid who forgot a key homework home because I didn't bring a completed and signed immunization consent form that "was in your email". Oh yeah, there are consequences for such mindless acts. Thus I was directed to another window where another lady gives me the form--yes, they have a separate person and window to hand out a consent form--and she tells me that I will have to wait 30-40 mins, despite my scheduled appointment, because I did not bring the form ready. Twenty minutes later I was done with the flu shot at the CVS on 6480 Old Waterlool Rd, 5 minutes away. Btw, when I told the second lady I would not wait, she was as indifferent as Ferris Bueller was to European socialism. I shall NOT return..."

"I underwent major reconstructive surgery of my L shoulder, fusion of my humerus, and had a large titanium plate screwed into my arm on 4/6/20. Based on the opinions of the manager of Walgreens pharmacy on Centennial lane, and her decision to deny my prescriptions, I was In the ER twice this week due to pain. These were beds that could have been used for actual sick individuals. I tried Costco pharmacy today, 4/9/20. I am at home resting for the first time since my surgery."

"The wait time is always ridiculous. They usually have no more than one person dispensing medication and collecting payment despite having long lines. They often have to order drugs that they should have on hand. I am seriously considering going back to Walgreens."
