"Unbelievable wait time the few times that I have needed to send prescriptions to be filled at this location. Maybe they have too much volume for the staff - but the wait is simply too long (close to an hour for drop off... which shouldn't be a drop off because I had providers fax or call in the scripts which I guess were never received... on each occasion). I get the majority of my prescriptions filled now at a CVS Centennial Lane which is a 15-20 minute additional drive from our residence (and you can't grocery shop) - simply because I burn an hour + waiting at this Giant. I've had prescriptions faxed and/or called in to try and save time - when I go to pick them up I'm told "they're not in the system".... just wait..."
