"I really would like to support this pharmacy, but all my encounters have not been so great. When I wanted to switch my pharmacy to them, I had gone in in person and filled out the form. On the day I went to pick up my prescription, they told me they never received my doctor's call and I was not even in the system. The next day, I asked my doctor's office to call again, which the nurse confirmed with me. The pharmacist insisted that they never received the call. When I tried to explain and see if I could figure out things with him, he got impatient and said "I don't know what to tell you." However, a few minutes later, another lady shouted from the back and said that they did get the call from my doctor's office. Every time I ask a few more questions or try to get some clarification, they seem to get impatient and annoyed."
