"DO NOT MAKE LARGE ONLINE PURCHASES. I ordered my sister a $600 saint Laurent wallet for her birthday. I never received my item. Bloomingdales claims it was left at my door. I’m not a frequent online shopper but I assumed such an expensive item would be signed for. I reached out for a refund but I was rejected several times. If you can’t find what you need in stores I wouldn’t order it if I were you. Take your business to Nordstrom."
