"This pharmacy communicates about the status of your order and delivers when they promise. Why did I let CVS waste my time for so long? Have used their delivery service for about six months and have been very pleased."

"I really hoped the Friendship delivery service worked. It does not. Their delivery vendor, Loudoun Express, apparently delivered my critical medications that needed to be refrigerated to the incorrect address. I then discovered their is no way to contact the service except by email, and you only get automated responses. No attempt to deliver to correct address. This error was compounded by the fact that Friendship Pharmacy already had advised that the medication was sitting on the truck for AT LEAST a full day before the supposed delivery attempt occurred. Two further days, and 3 calls later, I finally reached somebody at the Pharmacy who said they would cancel the charge so that I could reorder the meds. A hard ‘no’ to their delivery service unless you can afford to wait and then call repeatedly to correct mis-deliveries."

This made the entire process so much easier and convenient for me. I would highly recommend Friendship Pharmacy to anyone looking for a local community pharmacy. The level of care and attention to detail that I received was truly above and beyond anything I have ever experienced from a national chain.
