"This place sucks How do u have a pharmacy and have people waiting, and have no public restroom for they wait"

"This is a very difficult Walgreens to deal with. I had my medication prescription sent to this location because I am working in the area in Baltimore. They had me waiting a week and a half to get my prescription because they weren’t in stock. They were super rude and whenever I would call to see if it was ready they’d leave me on hold for 10-15 just for the call to hang up anyways. But they ended up just telling me to have my doctor call them after a week of waiting to figure out the best option for what they have in stock but they were super rude to my doctor as well. The pharmacist and my doctor finally worked something out and they said they’d have my prescription filled. Once I get there to pick it up they’re telling me they don’t have enough in stock. They also said even if they did have enough they have made up their own rules at this pharmacy and can’t give them to me without insurance whatsoever. Definitely the worst Walgreens pharmacy I have ever dealt with I highly recommend to find somewhere else"

"My doctor called a prescription on 9/15/23. I received a call from the store saying it was delayed because of insurance concerns. I attempted to contact them since then. Called the store today and was on hold for over 30 minutes. I drove to the store with the call still on hold and witnessed the pharmacist put me on hold again while standing there. It's ridiculous that I had to drive to the store to find out why my prescription had not been filled. In the meantime I was experiencing dizzy spells and saw my physician this morning because of that concern. It was because I abruptly stopped the needed medication. Had Walgreens answered my calls this would not had happened. Shame on them for horrible customer service."

"They keep me informed when my prescriptions are due for refills."

"The pharmacy has poor customer service the automated system is messed up so it gets your prescription timing messed up .... overall I pretty much dislike this Walgreens but I'm forced to go there because it's the closest worst customer service ever."
