"This place is amazing the lady who is in our office is so kind helpful and works with you, it’s more of a personable experience I call now for my husband and when I say who I am she know just who I am and remembers about my husbands personal policy I just think they’re great bc we feel more of a person rather than just a number You all are awesome"
"First ins agent we called when moved to WV....all the staff are very friendly and help in anything they can. Very decent rates with Erie. Home, vehicles, motorcycle.... highly recommend"
"Great crew: very responsive and always with a smile on their faces! And their quotes will give those loyal, safe drivers, a smile on their faces! Fleming Insurance Agency LLC: Thank you for keeping those policy quotes affordable!"
"We've had our insurance through Fleming/Erie for many years. Whenever you call, a real person picks up the phone (a rarity these days). They're always pleasant and helpful."
"I don’t recommend this agent or this insurance company. I was insured with them for 13 years for home and auto. I had 3 small claims in the last 3 years of the policy. One was a sump pump that went out and flooded the basement. I had a separate rider for this, but the amount didn’t begin to cover the damage, cleanup and loss. About a year later my car had a brick thrown through the window and a few thousand dollars of my possessions were taken. It fell under my homeowners, so it was considered a second claim. My late husband had a suitcase stolen shortly before his death. He filed a claim for a few thousand dollars. Scott NEVER told us that the 3rd claim might trigger a cancellation of my policy. Two months after my husband died, Erie cancelled me. I offered to repay the claims and they refused. Scott had a responsibility to let me know the risk of submitting small claims. He also never told me, that having a rider counts as a claim against the homeowners policy. Haven’t had this problem since I switched agents and insurance companies."
