"It looks clean but there's always an unpleasant smell that's evident as soon as you walk in. Could argue that it's a typical gymnastics center smell but I've never smelled it at Paragon in Fredericksburg."
"Coaches are good but admin staff need to improve communication skills. My daughter went there for years but last time we showed up for class we were informed she was un-enrolled because we didn’t re-enroll. Never heard anything about needing to re-enroll. Never had to do that before. They offered to put us on a wait list but fortunately we found another place for her to do gymnastics."
"If you're kid is not on a competitive team your basically just paying to use the gym equipment. Teachers for the other classes rarely teach anything or keep the kids in line. Most of the class is kids milling around or playing on the mats. My girls spent years when they were younger going through the same obstacle course with minimal instruction or correction when they did something incorrectly. We took a few years off and are now back at age 8 and it is the same story. Your kid could spend a decade here and never learn a cartwheel."
