"Clean and tidy but theres no seating at some key locations . County buses are seldom on schedule and I once had a 4t minute wait for a bus ( Viewmont,Bangor) that NEVER CAME ! Suddenly, there was Another Hour to wait for the Next One ! Drivers run the gamut from really nice to downright miserable. ( you know who you are because I Told you.)"

"Only had one bad experience I showed up at 5 minutes of 4 because the bus i was on dropped me off at that time, and I had a problem buying my ticket online so I went to buy it in person and the lady said she couldn't help me and closed the window on me. Ended up having to stay another day and missed a whole day of work because of it but she couldn't stay and help me then last 5 minutes of her shift. I was so upset."
