Scranton Cultural Center at the Masonic Temple

"My wife an I attended the Manheim Steamroller concert last week. At the last minute, my sister-in-law decided to come with us. Guess what??? She couldn’t by a ticket at the box office. Instead, staff told her to buy it on ticketmaster. Well, here’s the twist…ticketmaster sent her to ticketsonsale and after paying for it, received the ticket from ticketmaster. The same thing happened to me when I bought our tickets a month previous. So ticketmaster had a great evening. If everyone paid the same amount in fees (ticketsonsale + ticketmaster) they made approximately the same amount of money in fees that the cultural center made for the event. Sad that the cultural center is allowing ticketmaster to rip off residents!"

"We had our wedding at The Scranton Cultural Center last weekend. This venue was an easy choice based on the beauty and history. We were beyond pleased with the staff throughout the night. Accommodating, friendly, and fun! Karen helped guide our bridal party throughout the night and she very quickly felt like one of our wedding guests, looking out for us and making the night the absolute best for us. Organized and personable! The bar tenders were also just the best! Making lovely drinks, looking out for the bride and groom and SO kind. A number one choice for venue for sure!"
