"Just returned from the Boston Red Sox v. L.A. Dodgers three day weekend trip. Fantastic trip. John was on top of every facet of the trip. Bus ride , hotel, game and Boston site seeing was terrific. Have been traveling with J Z Tours since 2015."

"If I could make this review zero stars I would paid a $219 deposit back in May for NYC dinner cruise and the balance 5 days before the trip they accepted payment from credit card and sent me a receipt got on the bus was told they don't have seats for us and we have to get off then gives me some attitude never again will I do business with these people beware double check or you'll get ripped off also"

"It was a great trip John runs a wonderful trip Great food. Great hotel Great price John has 2 Great tailgating before and after the game When u first get there u have a few hrs to do what. U want Then u get bussed over to station square for 5 hrs to do what u want to do Then u have a breakfast in the hotel Then u have your tailgating before the game Hotdogs and hamburgers water and cookies and brownies Then u go to the game After the game u have your 2nd tailgating Then u leave to go home When u ever get a chance u have to go on John's trips U will not regret it John is a great guy"

"Never book a trip with this company. Booked a trip for a Yankees game, and on of the pick up spots was PNC Field. They said get there 15 minutes early, and my friend and I got there 30 MINUTES EARLY. We waited and waited, and along with two other cars never saw the bus pull in. So about 20 minutes or so after the bus was supposed to pick us up, the one other person in the other car called them and asked where they were. They said they picked everyone up and we were supposed to be in the “front of the stadium.” Which we were, and we said yeah you didn’t pick everyone up, there’s us and two other cars here, and we were in the front. Then the guy said they couldn’t even come back when they couldn’t have been too far away. He said he “didn’t know what to tell you, you should’ve been in the right spot. How bout you just drive there.” Absolutely ridiculous, and they couldn’t even guarantee a refund which makes it even more infuriating. We booked a bus trip so we didn’t have to drive in the city, and we got to the pickup spot early, so it wasn’t our fault. So me and my friend ended up driving, had to deal with the awful NY traffic, paid 15 bucks for tolls, 45 for parking, plus gas for the way back. They didn’t even drive around the parking lot to see if other people were waiting, just left, even though they saw that there were still tickets in their envelope, so there had to be people waiting. They also said they tried calling all of us, which they didn’t. NEVER AGAIN"

"My friends and I all had a blast at the NY winefest and we are definitely looking forward to going again next year. I have been on several bus trips with JZ Tours and have to admit they always have a nice set up and we've always had a great time!"
