Smart Start Ignition Interlock

"I can't express how thoroughly disappointed I am with Smart Start's Ignition Interlock service. My experience with them has been nothing short of infuriating, and I feel compelled to share my grievances here on Facebook. First and foremost, when it comes to replacing parts to my local garage J&S Autoservice, Smart Start has been absolutely uncooperative and not helping them fix their equipment so i can have my car calibrated. Because of they insist that I drive an entire HOUR AWAY to have it fixed at their preferred location. This not only inconvenienced me but also felt like a complete disregard for my time and effort. Moreover, Smart Start promised to extend my calibration to a bi-monthly schedule, which would help me wait for my local garage to get fixed by smart start however, when I reached out to them about this, they conveniently brushed aside their commitment and refused to honor their word. It's disheartening to see a company prioritize their bottom line over the well-being and convenience of their customers. It's become painfully obvious that Smart Start is more interested in taking money from customers than actually helping them. Their actions don't align with their marketing claims of being a customer-centric company. Instead, they seem solely focused on extracting every penny they can from their clients, leaving them to deal with the consequences of their rigid policies and lack of understanding."

"Be careful company is a scam! I scheduled an appointment and was charge an initial $50 for processing fee. I never received confirmation email or call from automative shop. I decided to call myself and I find out they cancelled my appointment that existed yesterday but mysteriously wasn’t available today! In the process of speaking with customer service. The lady hung up put me after providing no help and told me the next available date was over a week out. Be careful with this company!!!"
