"Called to get an appointment for a State Inspection and they were very friendly and got me scheduled within the week. I showed up at 10am for my appointment and gave them the keys and insurance and registration and I was in and out in about an hour. They are a busy tire shop but they have a lot of mechanics on duty so it makes things faster. A lot of places that do State Inspections only have a few guys or 1 mechanic that can even do the inspections. I will definitely be taking my vehicles there from now. Also they have a good selection of quality tires on display in the waiting area. Very friendly and nice people that work there."

"Well I must say I was disappointed about their honesty. I was told in a text that the left side ball joint was bad the left outer tie rod was bad the front end rear brakes and rotors were bad and none of it was true. In fact I replaced rear brakes three weeks prior. Further there was a light bulb missing on left side of vehicle. When I got the vehicle back the socket for bulb was ripped off. Beware of what they claim is bad. They did honored the quoted price of the tires though."

"Had new tires installed and I'm very pleased with the whole experience. Well priced, pleasant staff, great result. Derek was pleasant, and communicative. Take the appointment from the website as a suggestion. It seems that CJ's website allows for appointment booking but they are also very clear that appointments are not always possible to honor. I called and was encouraged to arrive 15mins before my appointment and it was fine! I'll be back for other work."

"Friendly, prompt service with good advice for choosing the correct tires for my needs. When I had an issue with a sensor a couple days after installation, they ran a diagnostic for free to make sure everything was safe and working properly! I would definitely choose to come here again."

"Excellent customer service!! The best price I could find on the tires I wanted. When the tech discovered that I needed an alignment, I got a text advising me with an option to accept or decline the work. I was in a meeting which I would have had to excuse myself from or wait to respond. Thanks to the text, I accepted the work and continued with my meeting. I dealt with Cali (Kali?) mostly and she could not have been nicer or more helpful. But everyone I dealt with was great. I’ll say it again, excellent customer service."
