"Appointment time was for 11am. Was told it would be an hour and a half wait. Understandable because it was a Saturday. I left to do some shopping. When I came back they still had not started on my vehicle. When they did start, they did not have an oil filter for my car, which added another 30+mins to my wait. Total wait time was 11am-3pm. 4 hours for an oil change. I believe they did not work on my car because I was not sitting there watching them. Will not be returning."
