The Greene Turtle Sports Bar & Grille 7879 Heneska Loop, Alexandria, VA 22315

"Warning: Was Served Moldy Food! Twice we have tried this location during Sports Games due to the Sport Bar Atmosphere and both times we have been extremely disappointed. Service at this location is non existent, In the bar area as we walked in there were 5 open tables of which 4 had empty glasses and garbage still on them and the 5th was still sticky and not wiped down. I bussed and cleaned my own table throwing away trash and taking glasses to the bar and asked for a towel to wipe down my table. Took 20 minutes to get someone over to the table to clean it and another 10 minutes waiting for our beers to arrive. The bar was full with 16 chairs and only one bar tender who also makes all drinks for tables. We ordered rockfish bites and spinach artichoke dip, they were out of the necessary items to make buffalo chicken nachos and completely out of Mozzarella Sticks. When the food came the fried Rockfish bites were good. But! The Spinach Artichoke Dip came with old chips that were chewy and one had MOLD all over it! See Pictures.. We will never eat here again as both experiences have been horrible. No manager in sight and when we left 3 of the tables still were completely dirty with trash and drinks (1.5) hours later. The waitress was apologetic and did remove the charge for the Moldy Spinach Artichoke Dip but no manager ever came out to say anything."

"Super disappointed at the Alexandria loop location. I guess it is shrinkflation. Ordered a Cobb salad togo for 15$ and received a small side salad. Do not recommend. Cucumbers look translucent and old. Guess it’s a sports bar so don’t expect high quality on the produce. Save your $$ and go around the corner to Wegmann’s for better. Also bar area smelled funky."

"Adam is a good bartender. He is nice and kind and I go there for him. Dana is cool as well. I don't really eat food there so I can't speak on that. I have had their burger sliders once before. They were decent. They have fire ball shots for $3 durning happy hour. Good deal"

"The manager on duty named Kevin was amazing! He came to ask us if everything was ok and if we needed anything! This was our second visit and our bartender Jacob was great! The drinks were bomb! The rockfish bites are to die for! We will definitely be regulars!"
