"We had alot of people in our party and didn't even realize until later that our meals were suppose to include soup and salad. The only thing the manager said was "I'm sorry we have a new server and he must had forgotten, I can give you extra soup and salad next time you come". To me, that's not an excuse or good compensation. You all do this process everyday with all dine in meals, how do you forget??? There was a second person overseeing things at that!! This is unacceptable and this was a bad experience. I believe they do this scam all the time unless someone says something in the beginning. If not and they notice later like we did, that's when they say that same quote so you can come back and spend money again. Either way, they're saving money. My sons meal was not complete. He asked for extra chicken and that was not given. The friend asked for noodles and was given a tiny bit because the cook thought he didn't want any. Egg shells in the rice. No refills given or checking on us. For $450, nope, we do not recommend this place at all. Visit another hibachi place for better service and non forgetful staff. This place is so cheap that they don't even truly care about the customers happiness. All they're after is the money. ×"

"Wonderful place to have a party!!! Gear food attentive Staff, an overall memorable experience. The atmosphere is very welcoming the temperature was a bit off for a bit on the chilly side for a cold evening but aside from this it was and is highly recommended."

"I came for a friends birthday gathering. 5 of us total. Without exaggeration, this is probably the worst Japanese steakhouse I’ve been to. The server was horrible, not welcoming, inattentive even the cook had to step in and look for her twice. The sauces lacked the normal flavor of yum yum sauce, the ginger sauce on the salad tasted like nothing. The cook was cool. I’m being generous with my 3 star rating. Try it for yourself and hopefully you will have a better experience I just dropped it to 2 star because I received the bill and it’s wrong, she over charged me for a drink I returned bc the spite tasted flat. I will never patronize this place ever"

"My experience at this Tokyo Japanese Steakhouse restaurant was far from satisfactory. We ordered shrimp fried rice for five people, but the rice lacked any hint of shrimp flavor. To make matters worse, they divided the shrimp into just five small pieces, which hardly resembled a proper serving. There weren't any vegetables added to the dish either. The customer service was equally disappointing. The lady who attended to us, supposedly from Mongolia, seemed to struggle with understanding our orders and exhibited a lack of interest in providing quality service. To make matters worse, she told us to remain silent when we tried to voice our concerns. It's worth noting that we all have the right to express our opinions. Furthermore, the rush to process the payment was evident when the same lady hurriedly charged us without even giving us time to order our drinks. This rushed service only added to the overall negative experience. I cannot recommend this restaurant due to the lack of flavor, minuscule shrimp portions, poor customer service, and the rushed handling of orders and payments."

"I really like this Japanese Steakhouse. The hibachi was a great experience. Our cook did such a great job at entertaining and cooking a delicious meal. I really enjoyed how tender the fillet mignon. The folks I shared the space with were super nice and fun to have dinner with. I would definitely go here again. I was only able to get a photo of the shrimp shumai, the rest of the experience was too engaging"
