"Great gym overall, they have everything you need to build a great physique! All the machines are new and very effective. The atmosphere is great… everyone there knows each other and have the same goals in common. All the trainers do a great job with their clients and make sure they get their money worth in their 60 minute workouts each week! Rob is my trainer/coach currently, he is a great coach and a great person! We’ve worked out a few times and each time he gives me the most intense workouts! He also has me on a very effective meal plan and is always communicating with me outside the gym! He makes sure I’m getting what I’m paying for each and every workout! I highly recommend getting a membership and if you’re new to the gym definitely recommend Rob as your trainer he will make sure you get the best diet/training for your goals! And will make sure you reach your goals!"
"Nice commercial gym that's kept very clean, wide variety of equipment to choose from as well as multiple of the same machines to ensure you aren't waiting long for that machine. Nice locker room. They have various kinds of cardio machines, they also have a boxing section, recommended if you're looking for a gym to workout."
"I joined crunch about a year ago to try out some new fitness classes. I was mainly looking for hiit classes but I ended up trying them all! They are a ton of fun. I then wanted to start weight training. Selena became my personal trainer and it had changed my whole fitness perspective. Lifting weights has been such a game changer for me. I also gained a really great friendship with Selena. Not only do they have awesome classes & trainers but I’m so excited that I will be able to take my daughter to the daycare while I workout. What a huge perk! If you want to gain muscle and friendships this is your place."
"I have been going to Crunch for about a year now because I felt I needed a personal trainer to stay motivated in the gym. I was instantly matched w/ Selena & I absolutely love her! Our personalities mesh so well. She also pushes me to better myself w/ the exercises & nutrition but takes into account any injuries or aches & pains I have so that I’m still getting the results & targeting the correct muscle groups but I’m not hurting myself even further.
