"The man that has been working for Smart start for the past couple of months since I have been going has been a really polite and nice guy to me.. I give him five stars, however today I didn't receive any phone calls or any notice about my calibration appointment.. and I went there for it and the door was locked. And it did have some signs hung on the window saying something about mechanics not being able to make it because of bad weather, which that's fine but no one called me and told me that my appointment was rescheduled or changed, and could not get an answer and could barely get anyone on the phone through the Smart start help number so now I've got three days to find out what to do or they're going to cut my car off.. I I truly hope someone from Smart start resist and reaches out to me"

"Absolutely the worse service ever! Only open random days of the week, and they won't even answer your call. If you have an appointment, good luck cause they won't come in if they don't feel like it. All this is a money making scheme between this "service" and Morgantown authority."
