"Horrible experience at this restaurant. Do not go here - they are slow and treat their customers terribly. On 12/11, around 6:15pm, I placed an order using the restaurant’s in person kiosk. My credit card was successfully charged. After waiting 30 full minutes and not seeing my order come out, I returned to the counter to check on my order. After asking about the status of my order the worker asked what my order was checked a few papers and without saying anything went back to preparing food and ignored me. After a minute I asked again and I was told that no order for me existed in their system. After explaining to the worker that I had placed an order using their own kiosk (which he had seen me do since he prepared the food right next to the kiosk), he “looked through” the orders on his end and claimed he had nothing. I showed him my credit card charge with the store identification and time of the transaction, but he refused to help, and would not give me a refund or make an order for me without paying again. He was very rude and told me "I was wasting his time." When I asked him to call his supervisor to see if they could fix it, he also refused. I now have to call my bank to dispute the charge. Looking through other negative reviews this isn’t the first time this restaurant has charged customers without giving them their food. Do not go here - they took my money and refused to give me a refund or my meal."
"This little shop in the basement food court is a good find for sushi in the area. The eel sushi was pretty good. The size was too big that my mouth hurt trying to eat it. If they break it down to 3 smaller pieces it would be perfect. Dumplings was good but didn’t taste like typical Asian dumplings. It’s a bit too sweet."
"I didn't expect to see all these bad reviews. I like this place and frequent it often because I believe in the place. They keep their area clean and the put effort into delivering a good product. You can try anything and be happy. They also have candies for free if you want something sweet. I've never had bad service from this place. The location is great and convenient. If you can try sneaking some of their food into the movie theater. I'd rather eat sushi than popcorn. There small containers are easily fit into a coat pocket if you get them. If you get 3 basic rolls you will be about 16 bucks and you can eat that instead of a large popcorn for the same price. If you feeling fancy get the nigiri or sashimi that's also good if you want more fish. The fish tastes fresh and I don't really worry that I'll get sick. It's a good place I highly reccomend. I've tried basically everything. I don't know if I'd buy there boba though if there is a convenient nearby kung fu tea but I guess if they are busy you can come here. I been coming here since it opened."
"Got a sushi burrito, nice and fresh ingredients and rolled fresh. But I wish there was a higher protein ratio and a smile would’ve been nice to see. No tamari (gluten free soy sauce) available either. But fresh and well seasoned ingredients."
"Got a salmon roll and spicy tuna roll. Didn’t realize that they would be rolled right in front of me! Great price for the quality and portion ($7 for 8 pieces). Only critique is I could have used a little more ginger and wasabi, but the spicy roll was so good that I didn’t need to add anything. Ordering kiosk was really easy to use and the chef got right to work once I submitted it. Chef was kind, quick, and definitely had a sharp eye for cleanliness around his station. Really well constructed rolls. Excited I live nearby, because I will absolutely be returning."
