"Food was completely spot on as Ledos always is. If you haven’t had Ledos before it’s the best pizza in DMV and 100% worth the slightly elevated price. I’ve avoided this place because of the negative reviews but the service was really great! They were super friendly when I arrived and hooked me up with a free side of ranch I forgot to order. Will certainly come back here. Only downside of this location was (as far as I know) they don’t have the classic ledos ranch cups. Idk what is in the ledos ranch but it’s incredible and this is the only that I’ve gone to that only had house sauce or picante ranch(?)."

"I ordered a large pizza for carry out and the price online showed $23.98. When I went to pick it up the cashier told me the price was $32.98. I asked him where the $9 difference came from and all he said was "that's what it's ringing up as" I showed him the online price on my phone AND the price on the handout menus as well as the giant menu behind him. They all showed $23.98. He just kept saying "this is what it's ringing up as". When I asked him if he was going to honor the advertised price he refused. I asked if he had the ability to honor the price, he said yes but refused. (I was respectful throughout this process and was simply showing him that's not the price) Not honoring an advertised price is bad business but that's not even the worst part... When I asked to speak to the manager he said that he was the manager and got in my face as if he wanted to fight me.... I'm not sure what kind of establishment allows a manager to behave this way but I'll never eat at this location again. I hope the owners or someone above him see this review and fire that manager. You can't have a manager that tries to fight customers."

"Ledo's Pizza is frick'n awesome. I spent most of my life in Maryland, until moving to the West Coast 10 years ago. I grew up on their house salad, peperoni pizza, and subs. Anytime I get back to the east coast I always place an order. Flight was canceled, late night this past week sitting in Crystal City - best part of my day was my Ledo's order. Ordered online, delivered to my hotel. - AWESOME!"
