"This isn’t for the store as a whole, this is for the location manager who sold me my furniture, my chair was expected to arrive at the store on 11/06 during time of sale. On my way to Robinson I called to see if it was available. The nice lady told me in could be delivered a week later even though I was told 11/06 was my delivery date. Unfortunately while I was in the area I decided to pop in to see what was going on. Here they tell me that my chair was sitting in a warehouse since 10/30 and the manager who sold me the chair never bothered to book it for 11/06 like promised or call me to tell me it was ready to ship so had I not called on 11/06 I would have not gotten a pick up day at all. The chair was purchased on 10/19 and promised by 11/06 at the latest. Poor customer service for a great company."

"Kind of service I like. Associate David greeted us as soon as we got in the door, wanted to know what were looking for, told us where to look and left us to our own discretion! Not the typical hang on your shoulder type sales associate and I really appreciated it. After about half an hour we decided on what we wanted, let David know and he took care of the final sales steps for us. Very nice gentleman. No fuss, no muss type. Doesn't hound you. Gets an A+; from me."
