"Took my Diesel excursion into them told them what the code reader said was the issue. I was told they couldn't get the code reader to work, blown fuse. I was told my injectors were all good and that is was my fuel filter. Paid them over $500 git on the road and made it 190 miles before I had the same problem. This time I took it to a real mechanic cost me $2800 for four new injectors and a FICM. It runs perfect now. I would not take anything yo this business. They don't have a clue about your diesrl engine. Stay Aeay"

"Talked with Darin through messenger about a truck I had listed, assured me he would be there to pick up truck. Took the day off of work and he never showed up or called or text. Gave me a sob story that evening about getting called out and left his phone, ok we will do this another time. He said I will be there tomorrow before 10 am seriously he said. Ok I'll take the day off Never showed up never text never called. I called the shop and Bob told me I will have him call right away. We'll still waiting on that call."

"I bought a used 2006 F250 6.0 in Pennsylvania in great condition. Since it's a 6.0 I scheduled inspection and an overall look-over appointment for a Friday two weeks in advance with Diesel Boys in Martinsburg, WV. I told them that I needed my truck for the weekend and they said it would be ready. Dropped off truck the Thursday evening before appointment. I called to see if truck was ready Friday evening and they said they hadn't had a chance to look at it and wanted to keep it over the weekend. I reminded them that I needed it and that I would be in to pick it up. On my way in they called back saying the were looking at it as we spoke. Got there and they told me I need new ball joints on driver side front tire then advised me not to drive my truck and leave it so they could get to it on Wednesday (Not happening!). They didn't even do the inspection! Brought it back Tuesday afternoon so they could do the ball joints on Wednesday. On Wednesday at 3:00pm I decided to call to find out if it was ready and they said it was. When I got there I find out that they replaced the tie rod also (this was not previously discussed nor authorized). "Okay fine maybe it's best to replace the driver side tie rod too" is what I was thinking. Paid them their money and left. When I started to leave I realized my steering wheel is vertical instead of horizontal to go in a straight line! It also pulled heavily to whichever side had tension. So I took it back and they said they would have to do an alignment, but they wouldn't be able to do it until the next day and it would take 2 hours. Since this wouldn't work with my schedule they decided to call another shop and have them do the alignment for me first thing the next morning. So I had to drive home in the rain with a car that is swerving side to side as I drive it. When I turned the wheel sharp to the right my check engine light came on and when I turned it sharp to the left my ABS light came on (this never happened before). The next day, I get to the other shop and I find out that the tie rod was not placed on the driver side it was on the passenger side. I want to remind you that when I went there and picked it up on Friday, after they were supposed to inspect it and didn't, the only problem with my truck was the driver side ball bearings. Since when did I have a bad tie rod on my passenger side? Long story short, the shop that they were going to pay to do my alignment for them said the brand new ball bearings that were put on were froze. They also noticed when they test drove it that the automatic return wasn't working (when he took a right hand turn it would just keep taking a right hand turn even after he let go of the steering wheel). They called DIESEL boys to see if they wanted them to fix it, but they refused to have them do the work. They wanted it brought back to them so that they could do it under warranty. So here I am wandering around a parking lot doing a Google review on a place that I will never visit again and I do not recommend. This is now 3 days of missed pay because they've had my truck. If you take your vehicle here good luck, best wishes, and I hope God is on your side."
