"If I could leave no stars I would. While the salesmen at this dealership are pleasant to work with, the quality of vehicles here are HORRIBLE and the warranties provided don’t cover major systems such as the engine and transmission. My family brought a vehicle from here December 2021 and here I am on the one year anniversary date of purchase putting a 3rd transmission in this vehicle. Thank God we purchased and extended warranty because if not this situation would have been even worse than it currently is. Today I took the vehicle to another dealership only to learn that the car appraised for 10k less than what is owed on the vehicle due to poor condition. This is the WORST experience that I have EVER had with a car purchased from a dealership and I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Hopefully this review saves someone else from being victimized by this place."

"I had a very good experience at Park Avenue Motor Cars. Al is the manager at this location and he went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. I went in for an appraisal on my Mercedes C300 vehicle. Most locations simply just appraise the vehicle without giving any background information to the customer on how the number was generated. Not only did Al appraise the vehicle very fairly according to market value, he also went the extra mile to explain the breakdown of the key factors that were considered when appraising the vehicle. I am very satisfied with the level of customer service that I received at this location and will definitely continue business with them in the future as I select my next vehicle."

"You know that feeling when you get somewhere and feel welcome and respected. Well this was totally opposite. I had 8am appointment for service, they moved it to 9 without letting me know. The first person I encountered was not helpful at all , giving attitude like it was my fault it was snowing- I just took day off for this service and drove down from Allentown. Also they gave me wrong address-the regular mercedes dealer address . Overall payed $600 for oli change and new fuel filter without good experience with people working there"
