"Food wasn’t that great. I ordered the soft pretzel. It comes with three sauces. The one I was looking forward to was the beer cheese but when it came it was cold and watery. I think it must have been frozen previously. It didn’t really taste like much. The pretzel its self was pretty good. The atmosphere was also pretty off. The staff were a bit off putting. Not sure if I’d come again"

"Food has gone way down hill and is okay at best. No table service here and be sure you order any and all drinks when you place your food order at the counter and before sitting; the waitress samantha flipped out on us because we didn’t order our drinks at the time of the food order and when she asked “do you want anything to drink”? (She specifically pointed this out to us) I tried to explain to karen, sorry, Samantha, that the blonde haired waitress had told us when we came in and specifically asked about drinks, that we would have full service at our table once we placed our food order. Samantha did not care to hear this and only raised her voice louder (she was already speaking in a tone and loud) over mine which was embarrassing in a dining room with other parties at them. Will not be going back here, ever."

"Not sure whether Brio's needs another review. This place is iconic and has been Phoenicia's and, dare I say it, Catskill's fixture since time immemorial. They offer very wide selection of food for all tastes from soups, salads and sandwiches to pizza, large selection of beers and deserts. They also keep insane hours. I think they are open every day till at least 10 or 11 pm."
