"Not going to bother shopping in a location where toiletries and underwear/socks are locked behind cases. Not worth the hassle or time. I'll drive further and spend more money at better stores elsewhere."
"Everything is locked up and it’s impossible to get an associate to help. Also they don’t give out bags for free. They’re hoarding the bags, you have to ask for them, even at self checkout. A store built on convenience has become a headache. They’ve used half the parking for mobile ordering, making it a rat race for a spot. Hopefully other targets in the area are less stressful. This one is in the dumps"
"Everything is locked up behind glass which makes it impossible to shop. The wait time for someone to come assist is long so the trip is no longer worth it. You spend half the time waiting for someone to help you access the item you need. I love shopping at target!! Very sad development :("
"Waited 30+ minutes to find someone with the right key to open this cabinet (pictured). Tried to talk to two security people who completely just ignored me to look at their phones. Went to ask a woman for help in grocery and she sighed and seemed annoyed when she had to pause her music to talk to me. An employee nearby helped me when he witnessed her reaction. This used to be my favorite target idk what happened."
"They’ve recently locked most of the items in cages which is disrespectful to the community and impedes on the shopping experience. I personally like to read products labels and now I can’t because they’ve implemented a system where the Target associate has to open the gate and get the items. It doubled my shopping time. There are 2-3 security guards already now a cage system. It’s sad. I won’t be returning and I shopped at this location 4-5 times a week."
