"I was gifted cargo pants with the receipt and Jan 31 was the last day I could return for a full refund with the receipt and when I went to the store @ PG mall my wife went and they old her no bee as he it’s passed the date. (We doesn’t speak English) when I met her @ the store the manger said no again but I showed her the receipt and she said going forward that wasn’t happening. I’m not sure who makes the rules but I don’t think it right for the to play people for stupid just because they don’t speak the English language."

"The worst H&MI saw in Maryland they have very bad customer service. We are in the process of complaining about them to the main company. My daughter liked a piece of clothing that was on the clothes display mannequin. We asked them to Take it but they refused to remove it for us.And it was on the piece of clothing, the tag and the price recession, meaning that it is available for sale. We used to go to H&M, and all branches have great customer service, and when we ask them to take a piece of clothing from the mannequin, they do so without hesitationBut those who deliberately did so."

"I love this place, clothes, and sale section. But what I love most of all is the customer service. The employees are the kindest people ever. You talk or ask for there help and they will help you. Some items are a bit pricey but the quality is very good overall so that makes it worth the price."

"I absolutely love H&M. After being in the States for a little while and visiting all the usual stores there were few things that caught my eye. H&M was one of the last stores I visited during my stay and loved it so much as almost everything in the store appealed to my taste. I visited the Downtown Silver Spring location and the outfits were lovely. Mind you some items although extremely cute, the material was not the most durable but there were some good deals. Note too that the changing rooms seemed always crowded, but that's what happens when the articles are so attractive."
