"I always go to that store to buy some clothes and kitchen stuffs but from now on I will stop going that store because, every time I go to that store the manager's always follow me like I steal something from the store especially if you spend more than $400 ($600) on shopping they think you can't afford to pay for the items you have.When you ask them to use a restroom they will never allow you to use the restroom. Sometimes, I go to the next store, Marshall, to use a restroom when they refused but Marshall never refused their restroom.They have the worst managers ever very unprofessional, managers see you like your not welcome to that store. If you planning to shop that store please don't go. If you go you will leave the store unhappy."

"The worse ever! The aisle are tiny. Merchandise was on the floor. Shelves were unorganized. The highlight of the store is that the line checkout lines move at decent pace."

"First time shopper at this location. When I arrived, a gentleman greets you with this disturbing tone that could be heard throughout the store. Need to soften his approach. Shoes were disheveled on shelves and shoe sizes were mixed up. Take your time looking for what you want. No pride in its appearance. Clothing on racks were okay. Fitting room was fine. Female employee in this area was helpful. My biggest concern and complaint was the long and ridiculous check out line. When I say it took me 45 minutes to an hour to reach the register, I'm not kidding. I went on a Thursday afternoon and it felt like this was the day after Thanksgiving or Christmas Eve. There is no separation of a customer service line from those wanting to a make a regular purchase. So if you want to return a purchase, you're gonna have to wait in the line along with others. Whoever the manager or managers are, are to blame for this lack of time efficiency. This is equivalent to a MVA line when going regarding your driver license and I mean it. Although they had plenty of cashiers to ring up purchases, there was no sense of urgency or order. Management: PLEASE FIX THIS. Even went back for a return and saw the monstrosity of a line again and turned back around. I thought I was the only one who had this impression of my shopping experience, until I read some reviews. It's unfortunate that Management doesn't take the time to read their reviews, respond to their reviews and make adjustments. I blame Management. Although my entire experience wasn't bad, that check out line is enough of a deterrent for me to NEVER go back to this location.
