"Customer Service was poor and very limited......tho I was able to piece together an outfit for my son's graduation ceremony clothes were all over the place on floors and not in the right department. Sale items under the price were not on sale, so this cause alot of headache and back -n-forth with no help. Literally they on people they have in kids dept is the cashier, only one at that....Macy's need to hire."
"I picked up my order from here today, opened it up when I got to work; not only are they the wrong shoes, the wrong size, and they have been visibly worn! I would like to know how was these shoes allowed to be packaged and shipped off? I contacted customer service immediately and was told the shoes came from a warehouse. They can have some more shipped for me to pick up. An investigation still needs to be done bc how was this allowed to happen in the first place! I don’t pay money to end up with used worn shoes, this is unacceptable. And I expect so much more from Macys!"
"This store today was a terrible mess , I don’t know what happened but it was clothes everywhere in the floor, nothing good at all , I give them two stars because of the perfumes department, the lady at Valentino area was so nice"
