Bridgeton House on the Delaware

"We just got back from a very nice time at the Bridgton House. The room was very clean and spacious. We stood in the river view suite. it was on the ground floor which was fine because there weren't any cars blocking our view of the river. But I could see it being an issue if the lot had been full. Next time I would probably pick a room on the 2nd floor. The views are amazing. Pics below. The breakfast was very nice and the people who worked there were very friendly. It was a quick walk to get back in to Milford NJ. The Descendent Brewery and Pipolas pizza both were delish. The canal walk was also right up the street. All in all we had a wonderful stay."

"I planned a surprise trip here for my fiance's 30th birthday and from start to finish the experience was wonderful. Everyone here was so sweet and accommodating. The afternoon tea and treats were a delight and the butler's pantry was a nice little surprise. The river suite which we stayed in was absolutely gorgeous. Between the fireplace, the jacuzzi, and the view of the river, it couldn't have been more relaxing. The breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious as well. We are so excited to plan another getaway here!"

"Great place for a relaxing getaway. The Treehouse room is wonderful; huge bed, whirlpool tub, rain shower, and fantastic views. We stayed in December, when it was a bit cold for outdoors but the view of the riverfront was fantastic. I would imagine even better than in the summer when the trees could block some of the view. The staff were all friendly and wonderful, and the breakfasts were delicious! Would definitely recommend this B & B."

"We recently spent 3 wonderful and relaxing days at the Bridgeton House. The room was very comfortable and had a great ambience. The property sits overlooking the Delaware R. and its very relaxing to sit out on the patio and enjoy the view. Breakfast each day was amazing. This place is located in a nice quiet area along the Delaware and you are only a short distance from other restaurants. a nice drive to see various covered bridges and antique stores. Highly recommend staying here for a relaxing long weekend. We enjoyed eating at the The Little York and the Descendants Brewing Co at the Old Ship Inn. Would definitely stay here again."
