"First, my last name is same as Mr. Kwon of Green Auto Body Shop, but we are NOT related. Second, this is an uncoerced review after over 15+ years of taking our cars/vans/SUVs to Mr. Kwon's shop. OVERALL, Mr. and Mrs. Kwon provide excellent professional and customer friendly service based on honesty and trust that we haven't come across during my 35+ years of owning automobiles. My wife and I have taken three variants of Toyota Camry, Ford Taurus, Toyota Sienna, VW Atlas, and now Lexus RS450iL by driving between 1 to 2 hours one-way from where we lived (from Havre de Grace, MD; Woodstock, MD; and now from Aldie, VA). We do these long drives to get our cars maintained and serviced, because we can TRUST them to fix the car right with great pricing based on honesty and trust. They are upfront about what they can/can't do and provide multiple options to fit our financial situation at the time. Our Toyota cars were all driven over 100K miles and our 2007 Toyota Sienna is still being driven with over 280K miles. This is all do to Mr. and Mrs. Kwon and Green Auto Body Shop taking care of our cars/vans/SUVs. I'm so glad I had an opportunity to let others know through Google review as you are NOT going to find anyone better both professionally and personally.
