"Contacted them about replacing a solenoid in my transmission. They said yeah we can do it drop it off Sunday night we have nothing scheduled for next week. 9 days go by and I finally get a call that they just looked at it and can't get my hood open. She says I need a new cable and latch for them to continue working on it. And that I need a new transmission. I offer to come show the "mechanic"how to open the hood and she says he might be able to get. I tell her that the transmission is fine but needs a new solenoid and that I spoke to someone there about this. She had no idea what I was talking about. Long story short the guys a parts changer at best. Took my car home (which shifts completely fine when warmed) and I'll be doing the work myself. Hood opened just fine when I got there."
