"If I could give it no stars I would. The staff is unfriendly and unwilling to help with any type of problem. They do a bait and which on every product in the store. Example is, I been to this store several time to buy a 2300psi pressure washer. The past 4 times I have gone to get this item it’s out of stock. Not a serious problem but now comes the messed up part. On there website for this store it says there’s one in stock, but the staff told me that’s because the display is there. ARE YOU KIDDING ME WITH THIS BULL!!!! That is called bait and switch which is illegal. DO NOT SHOP HERE OR ANY HARBOR FREIGHT STORE."

"Good products, great staff and good prices. This location seems to have a pretty decent stock of everything but occasionally they have been out of seasonal items. Also, from time to time, they get an odd customer who decides this is their platform to preach to other customers about, well, you can just imagine."

"Great experience here. Excellent products, could spend hours and thousands here easily. A VERY broad selection of Quality tools at very reasonable prices. If you need a tool, generator, compressor, Jacks or lifts, hand tools, power tools, you bet they've got it in stock at a great price. I was very pleasantly surprised at how knowledge helpful, and friendly the cashier's were here as well. The typing lady who helped me pick out a nice light, 1.5 Ton Pittsburgh jack couldn't have done a better job. They didn't have the specific one i had gone in for "in stock" found me a better pro-grade jack for a better price, and was even able to point out what made the jack she recommended a better jack overall. I'll definitely be shopping here, particularly for automotive and motorcycle tools for my needs. They carry inexpensive tools and products as well that you could find elsewhere, like Walmart or the auto parts store but honestly, for the selection, I would absolutely hit harbor freight first."

"As a guy, o e of my favorite stores lol. I have been shopping at many of their stores since they came into NJ. Love the selection of tools, everyth is well priced. I've used their tools to build everything from a porch-deck, stairs, renovate entire rooms, finish basements and an yeah fix and do maintenance repairs on my cars. Every time I go I get stuff. I love going there and I even get ideas for new projects."
