First moment I stepped into the office I felt at ease, having my first accident ever I didn’t know what to do much less say. Silvia was so helpful and worked with me and my insurance company. They immediately did the estimate, and told me “We’ll take good care of your car.” Those 3 weeks felt like an eternity but Silvia and Vanessa kept me informed each step of the way. They were able to work with me financially. Being very green to the insurance game I wound up paying HALF of what was expected out of my deductible. Instead of $2,000.00 I only paid $1,000.00 it was too good to be true considering my total cost was $3,117.75!! Not only did my car look brand spanking new...they even cleaned the inside of my car and gave it a well deserved wash. Very satisfied and highly recommend. Excellent job guys!!! My one stop shop from now on thank you all so much!!"
