"These guys are so great, a mechanic messed up my car Rotor screw and destroyed the bolt & nuts of the sway bar link. The Jojo’s team were able to fix this mess in less than an hour even at a very reasonable cost despite the drilling of the messed up Rotor screw and cutting of the destroyed nuts of the sway bar link. "Never ever ever again. Front wheel bearings were mounted UPSIDE DOWN and drivers side bearing was missing a bolt along with a slew of many other mishaps after having the vehicle for 3-4 MONTHS."
"Coming back to edited my review. I took my car to another shop and they said that they completely mangled up the part they replaced and ruined a $600 sensory part. Not only do I have to pay for them to re do the job, but now it'll cost 4x what it would of if I went somewhere else. They were extremely nice, but this is beyond frustrating"
"Rather than saying good people are hard to find, we should say "good, loyal, honest, trustworthy mechanics are hard to come by". Having canceled my appointment with Jack Williams, who was clearly overcharging me, I took my car to Jojoe's. As far as what needed to be done, Jose was extremely honest. I shopped around and he never once asked me how much his competitors were going to charge me. He said “I can fix it for you but I will need your call all day.” He had my car ALL DAY that’s how crucial the job was.I loved that because he didn’t rush. I even offered to have him keep the car another day because I knew what I needed was difficult to be done. He response was “No, I stand on my word & I told you I will have it done by today.” I moved to Bethlehem 5 years ago & I was traveling back to my mechanic in East Stroudsburg (Oil Change, Brakes, Inspections etc). I’ve found my mechanic & I’m extremely happy. I’m not easily impressed but I was impressed. Jose is your guy!! He’s truly a gift from God . He gained a new customer tonight."
"They made my 2014 white Ford Fusion sparkle. Got paint off the finish from a tiny fender bender and a cloth roof water stain. The car looks brand new and smells delicious. Wonderful family business that clearly takes great pride in their work and charges a fair price for a job very well done. Thanks, I'll be back!"
