"I purchased a 2023 Platinum F150 and an extended Ford warranty over 2 months ago. I purchased my licensing through the dealership which is now EXPIRED. Also, they installed the wrong bed liner. Many of the features available in the bed of the truck are covered up by the bed liner! I have placed about a dozen phone calls and escalated to the GM and still I can’t even get ANY response back. I love everything about the new truck. But, beware of the Fred Bean Ford dealership! I have purchased many trucks and this is the worst. Can’t even resolve simple sales issues!"
