"All of the advertised convenience of coming to your home to perform the service means NOTHING is they never contact you on the day of your appointment and never show up at all. It's super frustrating to research multiple businesses, make multiple phone calls and inquiries, and finally settle on a place you think will do what they say, only to have the business act is if you never existed. Now, I have to have my car sit overnight again with a missing window while I choose another place to perform the replacement. Today was a completely wasted day waiting for them to keep my appointment, let alone even contact me. I wasn't even worth any contact on their behalf. True Blue Auto Glass is False in my book."
