"I am very pleased with my experience. I showed up at almost 5pm on Thanksgiving Eve. Mike was quick to greet me and assured me that my late arrival was not a problem. He explained the process and quickly had someone look at the tire. Fortunately they were able to repair rather than replace. No one tried to sell me tires or scare me in to replacing anything.
