"3rd time there and all 3 times I have been disappointed. I ordered a part in store and they said the product was coming from another store and it would be in the next day. 4 days go by and no call. I called them and they had no invoice or anything on me ordering the part. I end up calling back a week later and they stated they had one in stock (probably the one I attempted to order) I drove down there a few hours later and waited 15 minutes for them to look for the part in the back, end up not finding it. 2 days later i drive back in to speak with them if they found it and attempted to buy some brake fluid while I was there, I waited for help for 10 minutes with only one person ahead of me. Multiple employees working there and no one could check me out. I put my brake fluid back and walked out. Very disappointed in the customer service there and the unorganization."

"Small home town kind of store and atmosphere. I have a variety of vehicles 10-45 years old. I love the Napa Gold oil filters, I have heard they are made by Wix. This store carries what ever size I need. I come here for hard to find items sometimes as well. Friendly service, prices are fare."
