"Little tucked away gem! I was looking for quotes for fixing the side view mirror on our Sienna and came across Kraft's on Google. I decided to give it a try since I really favor small business and family owned enterprises. I was very impressed from my first phone call to the in-person estimate. They lady at the front desk is really pleasant and Bob the main guy is very personable and astute. They fixed my mirror temporarily while the part is ordered. The estimate was reasonable and I will definitely use this business again."

"I've never written a review, positive or negative, in my life. But if I could give this place 8/5 stars, I would!! They saved me $2500 another place quoted for totally unnecessary work. I scraped the side of my car pulling too close to the side of the garage. Got a quote for complete repainting of the affected panels and work reshaping the metal to restore a bevel that had been "destroyed". Eye-popping $2500 they said. Wanted to get another quote, so I came to Kraft's Autobody & Repair. They took one look at my car and were like, oh, that's nothing. What??? Apparently the paint scraped wasn't the car's! They take a rag to the "extensive paint damage" with some cleaning solution, and bam. Car is good as new. Nary a scratch! And that bevel that the last place said they would have to "reconstruct?" Just some slight deformation of the metal, but if you weren't comparing sides, you'd never know, since it was still intact! Go drive your car, he says. I still get a quote for the bulge, and he gives me one, but insists I just leave it alone. The man just saved me $2500 and wouldn't accept a dime! Even when I insisted on giving him something! I will never go anywhere else!"

"The owner Bob is a genuine class act. Before I went to Bob, I took my vehicle to Service King for an estimate- Big mistake! They insisted my existing bumper couldn’t be repaired and wanted to charge me $2,500 to replace it.Thank goodness I went to Bob for a second opinion. He was honest with me and couldn’t have been more friendly. He repaired my existing bumper on the spot and it only took him a few minutes. Bob saved me a couple thousand dollars….I will forever be grateful and am customer of Bob’s for life!"
