"I’ve been a customer at this shop for years and have always had a great experience. Unfortunately, I did not have the best experience during my last service. The shop is under new management with almost completely new staff. Way less personable, a bit short, abrupt and a bit of an attitude when answering questions. Would like to continue going to the shop, but the customer service could definitely use some improvement. Yates is a staple in the neighborhood with longtime customers who deserve a bit more of respect and care."

"Scheduled a simple oil change and battery replacement a week an advance. Had them confirm they could work on my car. I get a call almost 2 hours after dropping my car off that they are not able to work on it. Terrible coordination and communication. Wasted my late morning/afternoon"

"Went there for a simple oil change and they asked to do an engine flush and there was at no point a mention if the pricing to me the CUSTOMER. I said okay because it had been a while and I proceeded to sit there for nearly 2 hours and when I got it back my bill was 550 dollars. They tacked on a radiator flush which I didn't remember asking for which also after I got the cat back home my radiator was spitting out fluid and smoking. So, they charged me half my rent just to mess up my car. They agreed to send a guy out to my house which is a nice gesture but now my car is screwed as well as my time and money wasted. Do not go here for anything other than oil change they don't know what they are doing."

"Yates oil changes are quick and the staff are friendly. Like most, I get offers from dealers and other shops but I know with Yates I get in and out quickly. No need for appointment or sitting in a waiting room for hours. Cost is a little more-Yes, but my time and the Ultimate free carwash is worth every penny."
