"Called after an accident to have my car towed after reading the glowing way they describe their friendly 24/7 service. Beyond disappointed in the way the woman I spoke to basically said she wouldn’t help me and to call someone else. I was clearly struggling with an unfamiliar situation and had questions that she couldn’t be bothered to help with. I found them neither friendly nor helpful and would never use their services."

"My son's car broke down in traffic in the rain at night. A cop pulled up behind him and called Crawford's Towing. They charged me $325 to tow his car 5 miles to my house. The next day, I called BJ's Performance Towing to tow his car to Meineke in West Chester to get it fixed. They charged me $50. So I guess Crawford's multiplies their fee by a factor of 6 if you're in a bad situation."
