"Woke up this morning with only 13psi in one of my tires. Called Williams Tire and brought the car in this afternoon and they took me right away. They found a nail embedded in the tire near the sidewall that couldn't be replaced without weakening the sidewall. Since the tire was purchased at Tire Rack and was under warranty, I told them I'd have to get the replacement from Tire Rack. No problem! They didn't even charge me for taking a look at the tire. Great customer service!"
