"Updated 12/27/19 I've been patronizing this location for over 3yrs and it's always been pretty solid. Until today. I was there for almost 2 hours for a signature service and transmission flush. On top of the extended wait, when they were finished they couldn't bother to put my reminder sticker in the window, they just handed it to me. With the signature service, they're supposed to clean the windows - didn't bother to do that. They did vacuum the front floor mats, but didn't bother to reattach them to the floor...and they ripped my carpet from under the threshold and just left it there. I had been there for so long that I didn't have the time to demand they do it right my schedule had already been hijacked. So disappointed. Not sure this location will remain my go-to for long. These guys are always fairly quick, and they're courteous. They could stand to pay more attention to the coffee station though. Can never get a good cup when I'm there waiting."
