"I have been coming to the Bowie location since 2018. Prior to that I went to the Annapolis location for 3 years. I have nothing but great things to say about Chaney. Yesterday my car died in the right lane of 301 near exit 13A. I called Tina in a hysterical state. She calmly said she would call Oli (who was excellent) and she spoke so sweetly to me. Oli arrived in 10 minutes and drove me less than 4 miles to Chaney. Upon arrival Tina was so understanding and even gave me a hug. Allen called me with the news of a dead battery and dead alternator. I got my car back and all is well."

"My son took my daughter’s car in and had a good experience over all. My rating is 4 stars, because he had an issue with the lady at the front desk. She told him they would not do an alignment and did not check with her manager first. This was an issue, because I called when they opened to find out the latest he could take the car in for an alignment and to have four tires replaced. She refused to honor this until she heard me on the phone. Yes, I was livid. Kudos to the mechanic and manager! Per the information received when I called, my son did not get there until after 3:00 p.m. and everything was completed in a couple hours. Her car drives much better now (no more shaky stirring wheel or hydroplaning) and the price was reasonable. I have only been to Chaney for this service, but other family members and friends have used them for various services and recommend them as well. I will be a repeat customer!"
