"Jakpawt Auto (Mileon) saved my hide when I was stranded in Maryland on my way from DC to NYC with a loose caliper. I was trying to self-diagnose at 8:00pm on a Thursday night on the side of the highway when I gave his number a call. Didn't leave a message, but got a call back twenty minutes later checking on me. He let me drop my car off that night and started working on it first thing in the AM. After driving to VW to get an OEM part, taking great care to ensure that I was ok with all actions and the estimate, he worked all day to ensure I can make it home without issue. "I recant my review, he is a pleasant person but couldn’t figure what’s wrong with my car paid 600$ for a lower hose replacement, recommend by Mileon and now I’m paying a thermostat that he wasn’t able to diagnose.
