"I had my best friend come with me to sit in the passenger seat to make sure everything was on the up and up regarding possible issues. Everything checked-out. Very smooth ride. Visual inspection was also good. And, the CarFax were provided over the website. Got a nice interest rate, too. Kelly Blue Book recommended slightly less for the price, but only by a few hundred. CarFax, however, said it was a good rate, and there are no serious issues with the car purchased. So, I consider that pretty fair if not good."

Not only that, but they went above and beyond when I was in a tough spot without a vehicle and sent somebody to pick me up so I could make the purchase. I live over an hour away. I don't think that's something that should be expected of them or of anyone, but it was a really nice touch on my experience.
