"My family and I were driving home to Michigan when we hit a piece of debris that flattened two of our tires at once. It was a Saturday afternoon. We contacted this shop and Kyle and the rest of the staff took great care of us and our car. They happened to have two of the tires that we needed, and despite the tow truck dropping us off with less than an hour before close, they got our car all set and even stayed a little late to do so. Our German Shepherd was traveling with us, and they let us bring her into the waiting area without any issue. We’re very thankful to Kyle, Christopher and the rest of the team for taking such great care of us!"

"Terrible! I went for an alignment. Now, I need another alignment. Immediately noticed the steering wheel wasn't aligned. They aligned the tires electronically but forgot to secure the wheel during the process. Good job! Love how incompetent some American businesses could be. On top of that, waited three hours without an apology or acknowledgement for the lengthy wait time. Like my time is not important. Will post a video on YouTube for the community. When is it common practice to not test drive the vehicle after completing the job. Smh. We deserve better business practice."

"Updated 2019/05/01 Ive been bringing my cars there for the last 5 years but I will no longer be doing so! I took my 2014 Dodge charger there for an inspection and they failed it. I wasnt upset about them failing it because I needed tires. However; they failed it for tires, all brake pads, all rotors and tie rods! Now, thats a bit insane! To get ALL of that fixed they said about 3k. Took it to another reputable-popular place and they showed me ONLY my tires and rear brakes and rotors needed replacing. I paid 400 for new tires and 270 for brakes and rotors! Tie rods and front brakes and rotors have plenty of life left! Updated again. 20220916 Not sure if this place has new management but it seems to be much better! Updated from a 1 star to a 4, will keep updating as needed."
