"A little upset after going through the whole process to receive a $100 rebate that Kost said I was eligible to receive after agreeing to buy 4 Goodyear tires from them for over $600, and then only receiving a $25. Had I known that would be the case, then I would have continued my research and found a brand and tire place for more affordable tires. I do not believe we will be using Kost again for any of the vehicle needs."

"The manager, Mike, is a great guy. Brought my car to get inspected, and my tires were barely passable after just getting tires put on (used) not even a full month prior. He gave me notes to bring back to the guy that did my tires and even told me if I have a problem to have the tire guy call him directly. They are absolutely amazing there and will 100% return with any problems or things that need to be done to my car! Will 100% recommend to anyone to go there, esp if you are a female that does not know much about cars. Every experience I've had with them has been exceptional. Mike even fit me in the same day, and everything they've done for me is greatly appreciated!"

"Mike and Erin are great examples of how customer service should be. After trying to get an oil change at another Kost location, Erin told me on the phone they would take care of me with no hesitation. When I got there I received a friendly greeting and my car was taken in for service right away. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Mike came out to show me filters that needed to be replaced and worked to get me the best prices but it wasn't the usual pressure tactics you get at other places. They care about the customer and understand that unexpected costs sometimes need to be deferred. The work on my car was completed quickly, checkout was fast, and I was thanked repeatedly for my business. I've been to several other Kost locations and this one is by far the best in all aspects. Couldn't ask for a better experience from start to finish. Will definitely be calling Mike and Erin for all my future services."
