"A huge thank you to Evan, at Pep Boys on Merritt Blvd in Dundalk, for his attitude, patience and willingness to work with me about getting my car started-long story short, he worked with me to get the car started and back on the road in a timely and reasonable amount of time. He tightened the hardware on the windshield wiper and didn't bother to charge me for it, since he didn't actually need to replace anything. Thanks again for working with your customers. That's what makes a difference in today's world. I'll keep coming back."

"My front drivers side tire fell off while i was driving after taking it to pep boys for an oil change. They said they rotated my tires when i went to pay it was also on the receipt. I tell them that my tire fell off and wanted them to fix it. They said that they didn’t rotate my tires and they don’t rotate front wheel tires which is concerning because that means they were rotating everyone else’s tires wrong. They said it was not their fault after doing all the work on my car. They tell me they wont fix it and had to wait over 2 weeks to get in contact with the regional manager. Would not recommend going very shady business."
