Road Dog Emergency roadside assistance LLC

"Contacted my insurance company for roadside assistance and Road Dog confirmed the call for service and I received information that they were en route. A representative from an unknown number called and admittedly I missed the call because I was on the phone with my insurance company. I returned the call promptly and after confirming my address the representative advised that a technician was on his way, so I waited patiently in my car. Moments later I received a call from my insurance company advising that the service was canceled because the representative: road dog had not spoken to me. I was perplexed because I had just spoken with the road dog representative and the service had been reconfirmed. During that call, the representative should have told me that the service had been canceled so I could have promptly rescheduled with another company. I called back and of course, the representative didn't answer. This was a big waste of time, especially given that it was Christmas, I do not recommend them."

"I had called a few other roadside assistance places before Road Dog, but they didn't pick up or the call went to voicemail. But with Road Dog, a receptionist picked up my call right away, and they were able to send out a technician immediately. Richard was dispatched and arrived in less than 10 minutes! And he was a true professional: he knew exactly what to do and finished the job quickly (about 5 minutes!) and effectively (my spare tire was on securely). Richard also had great communication skills and was very friendly. I realize that I was lucky that Richard happened to be in the neighborhood when I called Road Dog, but even if I have to wait a bit longer, I would definitely want Richard to work on my car again should anything happen. I highly recommend Road Dog for anyone seeking emergency roadside assistance!"
